cannot use student number: 423376 to login

I payed my registration fee and had to forward all the necessary documents by the 23rd of Feb. She had advised me that I would receive my student number within 3 working days which did not happen. I had to remind her on the 2nd of March to send me my student number which she did and it did not go through. I was told that I have not been fully loaded into the system and the academics are still busy with my application which will take another week. To my suprise the student number: 423376 is still giving me an error message. So today I informed her of the same problem and she told me to call the number ***which I did and still found no luck after being put on hold for 7mins with no reply.<br> <br> I will definitely take this further if the is no resolution. I already have problems with my student number, I can already forsee more problems regarding the arrival of my study material.
