Cannot provide study materials and no feedback

My younger brother enrolled in the distance learning course and paid at the beginning of the year. To date, almost 2 months later we still do not have any study materials. <br> On enquiring, always just informed that they do not have stock and waiting. Cannot give me an estimation as to when it can be expected etc. Tried to speak to the general manager, Mr Choudhree, I'm always told he is not in and eventually sent an email, but to that he doesn't respond.<br> <br> So if they cannot even provide the study material, what good will they be with the study support and exams etc. What a joke this is. They take the money, but cannot provide the service for the course. <br> Avoid them at all cost then!!!<br>
