Cancellation/dropping phone calls

Good day, like a previous client wrote, i have been patient and calm, but will take it further......

I have been trying to change my subjects and was assisted, I never Received feedback, ive made Enquiries and no feedback,

ive been on the phone the whole morning to try and speak to a consultant and everytime the phone gets dropped,

i am to go and register for exams and i cant as i dont know where i stand (Subject wise)

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY, along with my debit order, i wil not pay for something that is no use to me, i cant do assignments or study, Again as i dont know where i stand......

Its Typical, you are willing to take the peoples money, but when you have to play your part you are nowhere to be found. i am 100% done with Damelin,
