Cancellation STILL not processed.

Student NR 424727<br> (I am standing in as guarantor for my sister to study)<br> <br> After writing a complaint on the 24th of August I was informed that my cancellation request will be escalated to the General Manager. <br> <br> Until now I have not heard anything with regards to the cancellation. Another debit has gone off my account whilst we are not receiving any services at all.<br> <br> Thus far I have paid almost R5000 for NOTHING. <br> I would like the debit order to be stopped and my monies to be refunded.
