Cancellation Process

<p>After a countless number of times I have tried cancelling my application and I keep getting smses that i owe you. What do I owe when I never wrote even one exam with Damelin. I tried changing my course I never got a response. I realised why study with people with such a ****py service. The agents from Braamfontein would literally pick up the phone and hang up. The reception lady who would pick and give you an attitude and wont direct you to the correct people. I have been waiting for Yolande to get back to me for 7 months now to cancel my appliacation. Such ****py service when I have never missed one payment. I had to cancel debit orders to pass my point through. But nothing was done still even had the accoounts call me and directing me to the cancellations departments, still today nothing has been done and this reflects badly on my credit report. </p>
