Cancellation of studies - Student numbe 426239

Good Day<br> <br> I registered with Damelin Correspondence college December 2015. Study material was received incomplete and I raised this with the college was advised to log a case which I did until today i didnt get it.<br> <br> I have been trying to get assignment cover sheets , my details updated with the institution for a while now with no joy no one is responding to my email and when i call the phone is picked up after 30 min.<br> <br> March 2016 i physically went to the college to have all above sorted it was on a Saturday was told no one can help me all the consultants arent available and they promised to call me back weekedays. To date no one ha s called me. I have paid the financial diploma in accounting fully and i would like the money to be refunded back to me as soon as possible. <br> <br> I lastly sent and email to the Damelin head office customer services which i never got any response. I was promised to be called and i wasn't, THERES NO PROPER COMMUNICATION WITH STUDENTS HENCE IM DONE WITH THEM.<br> <br> I JUST DON'T WANT ANYTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH THIS COLLEGE AND WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED IN FULL ( Caren Mudaly) <br> <br> regards<br> JEROME<br>
