cancellation of registration

<p>During January 2017, I registered my son with Damelin Correspondence College.</p> <p>After many emails and correspondence, I still could not get my son registered to study with Damelin Correspondence college.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />On 2017-03-10 I got fustrated and cancelled my sons registration with Damelin, even got an Email to say that they have received the cancellation and that the process took about 4-5 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>After another lot of emails and telephonic enquiries, I still could not get help for anyone at Damelin and they could not cancel the registration of refund me.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 2017-05-18 I again phoned Damelin and the lady told me that the people working with the Cancellation is in a meeting and she would give them the message to phone me back.</p> <p>I stuggled now for more that two months to just get answers of the payment from Damelin.</p> <p> </p> <p>Could anyone assist</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks a lot</p> <p>F**** van der Merwe</p>
