Cancellation of Business management course

Good day, I have been trying to cancel my course with Damelin for over a month and a half now. You just automated replies however you do not get a response or a phone call or anything advising as to the status of your query. Damelin do not offer the service required for the money you pay. Please be advised I would like to cancel my course in Business Management with Damelin. I feel the course is a lot of money I have to lay out R19610.00 for the course fees then a further R3600 for textbooks. The whopping R10800 for exam fees. You get your study guides on a memory stick, which you need to have printed at a further cost of about R100 each. WHAT AM I ACTUALLY GETTING FOR MY R19610.00. I had to buy extra text books because the list of text books does not line up with the study guides, not surprising. I feel the course is just too expensive. I do not earn a big salary because I work for an NPO. I cannot afford all the extra costs. I was supposed to get a text message with a password to log onto the website, safe to say to date I have had no response to my query on this. Please also remove me from the ITC which you now have me listed on, no fault of my own. I am afraid to say that you people do not offer the service and the backup we pay for. I spoke to a consultant the other day who does not have a clue about what is going on. The amount of money you charge for what you offer in return is unacceptable. Unisa you pay your fees and everything is included. You don't pay for exams and study guides and text books. I sent you a cancellation email on the 18th April 2017 and only received a response on the 12th May 2017, extremely efficient. I will not be continuing my course with you people, I will find another option which is a lot more affordable. If I do not get any joy from you people I am going to go to Hello Peter or whoever else might listen because you guys don’t. Please could you kindly refund me the amount of R3500.00 deposit I paid as well as my 1st instalment of R895.00 Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
