Cancellation issues

I have registered in February, I payed for three months with no access to the portal. Had to ask around for study guides so I can do my assignments. In may I decided to stop paying and cancelled. Now I am told I owe R18000 for fees and I can not cancel without paying my fees. How ami owing when I’ve been asking help since March so I can be on the portal. Every person I talk to is referring me to another person. The amount I’m supposedly owing is on my credit profile as a LOAN!!!!!! Damelin is disgusting!!!! Now I can’t pay for another institution because I can’t get a loan
