Cancellation

I registered to study with this institution in December 2014, that was before I was told that I will be retrenched. In January I contacted them again advising them of my retrenchment and asked them to cancel my registration. No communication was sent to me but got a shock of my life when I was listed as a bad payer. I have been calling Damelin and I have been sent from Pillar to post. I was told to contact Cancellation by the Accounts team and Cancellation team is referring me back to Accounts department. This has been happening for Months now. The only thing I need is a settlement letter and to be removed from the bureau as I have been sent a statement stating that my account is on Zero. Zinhle and Beauty from Cancellation have been so rude and have put me on hold for 15 mins each. Can I have a way forward on this as I need to get credit but cant because of this debt.
