Cancellation due to registration on DCC and Damelin matric online

Why am i handed over when i canceled my application,because it was 2 debit orders,i send cancelation forms to Bloemfontein branch to the guy named Luyolo,i called numerous times to check how far is my cancelation and i was taken from pillar to pillar,sometimes phones not even working,if u can hand me over then its clear u guys can now communicate,
