Cancellation

I had app**** to study at DCC and Unisa. Unisa did not respond so I opted for DCC, I paid my fees in full this was on the 10th of February. In the beginning of march I got an email from unisa stating that my application has been approved so since the qualification unisa was offering is accredited I decided to cancel my studies at damelin since I hadn't even received the study material. Their response to my cancellation was that i should either GIVE THE COURSE TO SOMEONE ELSE (I didnt understand how) otherwise I could lose up to 80 percent of the amount I paid and they requested my proof of registration from unisa this was on the 14 April 2016. Today 19 April 2016 I get home and they have sent an overnight courier of the study material of which they are very much aware that I have cancelled the course already. I am aware that they do deduct the study material if you cancel the course after you have received the material but I never thought they would send me the material AFTER I have cancelled and they ACKNOWLEDGED that they received my request...I feel like they are trying to cheat me of the money I paid to them. I am speechless and I will fight this!
