Cancellation

<p>I app**** for a course with damelin about 7 months ago.I paid my full registration fee then after that I waited and waited for my study material.I had to phone them every now and then.A duplication of my study material was sent,but it was totally incomplete.I had do follow ups again till I ran out of patience.I then decided to cancel my contract with them,I was told that the cancellation process takes 4-5 weeks,but till this day they still busy with it.Everytime I ask about my cancellation progress they tell me they still busy with it and it's now more than 3 months</p>
