Can't get what you pay for

<p>On the 24 April 2016 I have posted my assignment to the college, it is now the 23 June 2016 and I have not received my assignment. I have made countless calls regarding this matter, all of which resulting in 20-30 mins, and I keep hearing the same thing "I have escalated the matter" If I call in tomorrow I am quite certain I would hear the exact same thing with no feedback what so ever.</p> <p>I have then made payment for my exams and emailed my exam entry form along with proof of payment, on the 30 May 2016. I called in a week later for a confirmation letter and was told to wait until the 14 June 2016....... So I wait until the 20 June 2016 and I call the student, so called, "SUPPOR'T"centre and to my surprise they tell me that they have not recieved anything. At this stage I get highly stressed because I have paid and sent everything off only to get a response that they have not recieved anyhting. The guy then promises to email me the next day...........and you guessed it ABSOLUTLEY NO RESPONSE!!!! I call in 23 June 2016 to find out what is happening as exams are less than a month away, and the lady tells me she is going to contact the exam division and call me back just now. I then think to myself finally I'm getting somewhere because this time she took down my phone number at about 16:00...............It's now 21:39 and I'm still waiting for her call.</p> <p>Really disappointed as a student who didn't even right an examination as yet and I'm already finding it so difficult even with making payment timeously. Is it so hard to get a decent education these days?????</p>
