Can't finish my National Certificate

<p>I registered with DCC in February 2014, it took four months for my books to be delivered, after numerous calls and being sent from one call centre to the next I finally received them. With no study guide I failed to know which assignments to hand in it is now 2016 I should've been done with my course but after not receiving a study guide and obviously I couldn't finish assignments meaning I couldn't register for my exam. I really don't know what to do, the college doesn't call back or respond to any emails. I'm really disappointed in the "service". Please can a student advisor get back to me ASAP and ADVISE me on a way forward because I've used a student loan and without getting my certificate this would've all been for nothing.</p>
