Bunch of *******

I have been billed for a month outside of my studies (a few years ago). After seeing that it has affected my credit score to a point where it wasn’t even worth the moral behind the fact that these people are *******, but I needed to just pay so I could move on with my life. This was in October 2019. It is now almost April 2020, and I have not received 1 reply or response from any efforts I have made to make contact- WITH MY PROOF OF PAYMENT!

Still affecting my credit record and showing up as unpaid! I am sick to my stomach with these people, and I feel hopeless that it will ever sort it out! As these ******* hide behind their computers!

Completely useless, they did not even keep up to the commitments that I was promised by a sales person when signing up!

This has been one of the worst experiences of my life and 5- 6 years later they are still so disgusting!
