BS institution

I would not recommend this institution TO ANYBODY. The agent i spoke to advised 5-7 working days for registration process which took them 17 days instead. I had to fight with a manager who had no idea how to get into contact with yheir registration department because of lockdown which means they have no system. He kept telling me he will call me back until one day i told him i wany a refund and boom i got my student number in the most unprofessional email. I queried numerous times on which timetable to use and all they do is refer you to a student portal MIND YOU ITS USELESS, called the same manager amd was advised that i don't get a timetable or do control tests or hand in assignments i just write exams. There is no ****ing system or direction, you lack customer service, your agents are pathetic and I've been waiting for a cancellation response for more than a week!
