Books still not recieved

I registered with Dameiln end of May paid my fees in full and got the notice that my books will be dispatched telephonically end of May. I was told that i need to give the logistic dept. 21 days to deliver that was meant to be by the 3rd of July 2015. I called into the call centre to query my books on the 20th of July, i was told theat day that the query was directed to logistics and Mikeala who the lady who was helping me told me i should know the status of my books within 48hrs. i heard nothing from her untill i called her again on the 27th of July. Then i found out that my books were only dispatched today! For a student that has paid her fees in full and given Damelin more than enough time to deliver i was disappointment to learn that my books only left today becasue i called in, which when i was calling in i had to wait for a good 15mins on the line at my own cost. This is BS and Damelin needs to relook the service dept from Logistics to call centre. This is unacceptable and need an explination to why noone actually got back to me when i did query and why my books were only being dispatched <br> today. i am highly disappointed and if i do not have my books with 28hr as promised aga
