Book. Refund.cancellation

I am sick and tired of damlin. I registered in 2016. It took damlin more than 4 months to send the books. And after i receive the books .i still havent receive al the books. After that i never receive any feedback regarding the tasks or any email that i have send . In november i went to Johannesburg and spoke to analize and still waiting for my refund. I have call wednesday but nobody want to assist me. I am going to take further steps if i dont get a date when the refund will be paid back to me. Student 424870 and 424871
