Blacklisted by Damelin

I registered with Damelin in 2015 and I waited for months for a study material and never received it until I wrote to hello peter. I then got retrenched from work and could not afford to pay for the study fees. I forwarded my retrenchment letter to them.

I just find out that I have been blacklisted by them. I do not understand why am I blacklisted since I forwarded them a retrenchment letter.
