Black listed due to lack of service

18 March 2017 I requested for a cancellation to be done due to the lack of service I got from damelin. But guess what no cancellation was done and I was black listed cause of them. I stop making paying due to the fact that no one was assisting me and willing to help I have sent countless emails to which no one responds or even cares after 3 years they now want to R20000 where as I never wrote a single paper or did an assessment why cause only in June 2017 did someone replay to me and say I need to pay for my own papers. Why was this not told during the call or an email sent to me stating this is how your study year works and what needs to be done. I still need to know what was I paying for if I had to pay for my papers too... A voice recording with the sales person was requested and till no feedback... This is the service you get when you sign up as a student... The ca Centre manger replayed back to me that I still need to pay and I can still study with them but why should I when the 1st time around I got bad service and no one was there to assist... By law if a service was not provided to the client... That client doesnt not need to pay... I signed up and a service was not given to me... Therefor I will not pay... But if they do not sort my matter now I guess court will be my last source. Please clear my name and find a better way of helping student cause they are clueless when it comes to these things and yall just keep taking people for their money
