Beware negatively affects credit rating.....

Paid my account in full in Feb 2019, they even sent me a paid up letter in June 2019 but the last payment of R780.00 still apears when doing a credit check on me, and thus negatively affecting my credit rating, If they dont fix this im contacting the credit ombudsman
