being ignored/ want my refund/ class still has not started

I app**** in Jan of 2019 for a Short Course in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Damelin in PE. Damelin was very quick to send me application forms and asked me to complete and pay registration as class is due to start 2 Feb 2019. Every single week since then i have been getting all kinds of excuses and the class still has not commenced.

I have since requested a refund of my R500 registration fee as i am unable to wait any longer or listen to any more pathetic excuses and lies.

I have been ignored ever since i requested a refund. I email ********** everyday requesting the refund process and he blatantly ignores me., even thou he was always responding to me when i was applying.

I am not going to take this lying down, i will be speaking to the consumer protector if i have to but i need to be refunded because Damelin is unable to provide me the service that i have paid for.
