Been charged for no service rendered

In 2015, I registered for Production Management. Firstly, I never received my study material whatsoever nor my student number nor signed anywhere on delivery notice. Secondly, I never received any form of communciation from Damelin Correspondence College after applying and at that time made efforts to communicate to no avail, but somehow I'm billed R14 600 for something I have not participated in. I'm set as a credit defaulter which I only came to release this year 1st of September 2022. It has now affected how I wanted to run my company cause no one wants to lend me money because of the default. Thinking of consulting my lawyers cause Johan Koekemoer has been silent on this matter.
