Battling to get my refund

It has now been four years that I am trying to get my refund out of them. A few months ago a lady contacted me and I really thought now it will finally be sorted. But surprise surprise, I am still waiting. Now the last couple of months my mails go unanswered again. I cannot believe that you have to battle so hard to get your money out of a company. I have done everything they asked and they just don't care. And I need that money a lot more than they do.
