Bad student service

Last year I registered to do a diploma with them which was great everything went well and I started my course. I paid my fees monthly I even over paid them. I have sent them numerous emails requesting for a statement of my fees and a settlement letter. Up until now I have not gotten any response from them. Their service is bad all they want is money they don’t care about their students.
