BAD STUDENT SERVICE

I am utterly disappointed with Damelin Correspondence College. I received a bursary from my company in 2017 to which Damelin was paid in full for a 3 year qualification that i completed in November 2021. It has been 2 years of constant phone calls and emails back and forth trying to get my finalized progress report and qualification, Each time i call the agents keep and team leader keeps asking me to resubmit my assignments and proof of submissions over and over again. I will never recommend Damelin correspondence to any one wanting to study part time. I will have no choice to go the legal route to recover the monies paid to Damelin for a qualification i did not receive till date. Agents Funeka and Ophela has been dealing with my enquiry and since 14th November 2023 there has been no feedback despite numerous emails and attempts to as they promised to get back to me. I am unable to produce proof of my qualification to my company due this and if monies need to be recoverd then damelin should pay back the bursary to my company
