Bad service to the students

I am certainly not happy with the service I received infact I am receiving from Damelin. I wrote my last exam November 2016, December same year I completed the award form sent it trough to them when i called January 2017 i was told they didn't received the form i then resend it. February 2017 when i was doing a follow up i was then told that i will get my certificate after 10weeks starting from the day they received the form.. the 10 weeks was gona be the 3rd week of April 2017. I didn't call exactly onthe 10th week but I called onthe 11th week..because i know this things they sometimes delay. I called i was told that they still busy with them I understood. May 2017 I called i was told the same story 'they busy with them' June 2017 I didn't call. Mind you they not sending me emails nor calls to alert me of what is going on, school fees fully paid-up. Month later that's July when I called i was told they didn't get my completion form, like seriously i was told that the person i sent to he's no longer working there. I mean whose damn problem is that, what am I going to do about that? Quite frankly its not my problem i mean a month later they telling me that ****, like really.. then the lady I spoke to (whose name is YOLANDA MONAISA) was like resend it to me. I argue her that when you receive it email me, of which she did and i wish to thank her for that. 4 weeks later on Saturday the 19th I received an email from Damelin that reads as follows 'NO ASSIGNMENTS SUBMITTED '.then later call followed i was then told by the lady i was talking to that that they cant issue my award because haven't submitted the assignments, i then told her since it's Saturday I can't talk about that. Monday the 21st of august 2017 i responded to the email.. stating that early last year i enquired about the assignment the student adviser i spoke to told me that the assignment wasn't compulsory therefore if i do it no marks will be allocated to me, I should rather focus on my exams.That was the 14th March 2016, because i sent an equiring email about an assignment onthe 13 March 2016. After what i was told by the student adviser i then didn't bother myself by completing that assignment. After numerous attempts trying to get the awards they telling me this towards the end of the year i mean really. Why I wasn't told about this from the beginning when i was claiming the award? I mean as student am not that stupid to be busy claiming the award knowing very well that i have an incomplete assignment.Their service they rendering to their student its so poor and unprofessional.Tell me am I gonna wait for a full year just to get a certificate I mean a certificate, I can't even look for a job because I don't even have anything to prove that I studied for that course... whenever i call they promise to send me a completion letter but till today nothing..i am not happy with Damelin Correspondence.
