Bad Service, No Service to Date DCC, Damelin, Intec

I have been following up since 2018 on my refund from the beginning of this year until yesterday I have e mail and called in but no one assists, they either don't help, or just delay everything. I have done everything from my side, sent in all documents etc to date no feedback NO REFUND. This Institute DCC Damelin, Intec are really bad service providers from top management down to admin staff
