Bad service from Dameline Online

I have finished my course with Damelin Online about 2 years ago. And until today I have not recieved my certificate/diploma from them. Every time I tried to get info on how to get my certificate/diploma I was told the admin department will have to help me and they will tell them to contact me, but no one ever contacted me from the admin department. I really think that this is beyond ridiculous for such a big correspondence college. I really need the certificate/diploma as I need to apply for jobs.
