Bad service by Qiqa at Damelin East London branch

Here my story, last yr Nov I went to Damelin EL to do a diploma in office administration,was assisted by a guy named Qiqa calls himself Q. He gave me info ABT the course telling me it's an icb cours and only hs 3modules was happy as I planned to finish in Dec this yr, he made sign forms and gave me a quotation of 7500, my mom app**** for a funding at fundi on my behalf indeed fundi pd all the amount, all was well have Q proof of payment.In Dec I went to EL to follow up I had no communication from Q not from Damelin. Q tells me made a mistake I cannot do a diploma I first need todo NHC Office administration asked him can I do it in 6mnths he said yes exams are usually in may, though not happy ABT it I said ok what do we do he made sign forms again, it once done asked is there anything else he says nope we good this time. Now in Jan I still dnt hv any kind of communication from him, I go there ask any study material he says I should receive in a week's or two patiently waiting nothing after two weeks now it's Feb I go to EL.again Q tells me I was short R250 as the NHC will cost 7750 not 7500 as the diploma now am like ok, I deposit the cash and sent him pop. He says all is well. A week later o call him he says there was a form I didn't sign in told him I'm not happy at all now,Fundi has been deducting from my mom and I still don't have anything to show..he says it's the last time he apologises.I go there and I sign...now March Q tells me my qualification and ID copies stamp is old I need to bring in new copies..I did again expressing to Q now from not happy to frastrated..To cut the matters short Q only submitted my application now in March..when I follow up with him he says he will get back to me nothing, I have strings of whatsApp read and ignored chats with Q..now I'm in April with paid up fees but no books and time not on my side, never done any assignments am way behind and I'm not impressed with Damelin I want my moms money back with the interest she is charged by Fundi.
