Bad service

I studied civil engineering with Damelin Centurion. Did not pass all my subjects and started working. I started the re writing process in april 2019.

Till this date i am struggling to get an answer whats Going on full of excuses and aperantly i was not on their national database and what what . I was just on the verge of getting a break through when the lady who helped me resigned and I Had to start all over..

Now more than 1 year later they come to me and tell me my DP mark has expired and that i need to REDO the whole course. After trying and fighting for more than a year

I WILL NOT leave this here as i will start taking further action. And since im not on their systems id like a FULL refund of my monthly payment because for what did I pay then? For someone's new BMW?
