Bad service

I am unhappy student and I would love for my problem to be resolved.

I've been calling for my exam results since the 6 February 2018, to date I haven't received my results.

On the 8 February I received a letter stating that I must go register at Buffalo City College for my June exams. I went to the college and I was told the registration closed on the 1 February 2018.

I've been sending emails to damelin correspondence I never received feedback, even though you state that your turn around response is 48 hours.

I want my results and 3 want to write my exams in June, someone must please respond to my email.

I am very disappointed in the service that I received from damelin correspondence n I would not continue study with you, I always had problems since I registered there.
