Bad Service

Hi, I Joined Damelin Correspondence College in June '17. I have Submitted my first completed Module at the offices in Braamfontein - This was August 22, 2017. They told me that I will receive my result after 31 working days. After these 31 days have passed, I phoned to get my results, after phoning a few times because the call center agent who is supposed to say hello is not saying a word, i can hear theres someone but not saying word. After someone eventually helped me, the told me that the assignment has not yet been marked, i should give them 31 working days. This was 22 September. On the 22nd of October 2017 i phoned again... This time they told me that my assignment has only been sent through for marking on the 13th of October 2017. Now this is getting really frustrating for me because it's been 2 months that i had to phone Damelin to get feedback. I am the student, i care about my future thats why i chose Damelin out of all the other colleges around me. It's December Already, i phoned just a few minutes ago, after a long struggle once again, someone answered. My assignment are not yet marked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!!!!! She advised that it will be ready in January 2018.................................... I have to be finished with my course in November 2018... Is this even going to happen with the pace these people are working at? I am extremely unhappy with the service you are providing. I would like to get my assignments back and marked ASAP. it's going to be 5 Months in January 2018. If you are slow thats your problem but don't let it affect you students!
