Bad / Poor service delivery

I registered with Damelin and paid my fees in Full, had major problems getting registered with a school as Damelin consultants did not assist with this, did not receive all my books, they sent me a picking list with all the material I was supposed to get but only received half of the books, after several calling and emailing and two months later they keep sending me apology emails with no solutions and say the dispatch department has no stock. I am supposed to write exams in June 2016 and have very limited time to prepare as I am working so will only have the time on weekends and evenings but cannot begin due to having no books. This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. <br> <br> I still have had no response to my problem after speaking to several people at the call center.
