Bad customer service

<p>My Girl friend registered to study with Damelin at the begining of 2017, she paid her registration fees and received her study material. A few days after registration, she decided to cancell the hole thing and wrote a letter of cancelation, submitted the letter at Damelin. We recently app**** for a bond, only to find out that the account was never cancelled with Damelin. So we requested a letter confirming that she had cancelled the account with Damelin, and it has been three days without the any responce from Dameli. We have been to the institution without an assistance what so ever. We have been told that only the managaer can write such a letter confirming the cancellation. This has affected our application for a bond, because apparently we are told that she needs to close her account with Damelin. This has badly affected us, and we would understand if it was our fault. But someone was *********** and never cancelled the account, worse is when we try and get assistace we have no one that can assist. I have ran out of ideas hence my letter addressed to Hello Peter. </p>
