Bad bad bad Service

Daughter wrote exams in Nov.<br> Results withheld because they said account was overdue - 100% proof it was not.<br> then given 3 results instead of 4.<br> On querying told oops sorry not hers but for someone else.<br> Then sent new ones - no name, student number and sent 5 results.<br> What dont they understand - she wrote 4.....<br> Yesterday received results again... still not accepting them.<br> Oh yes and just got another sms to say my account overdue again.<br> if this is the Accounts Department and Examination Department - is the Diploma my daughter is doing worth the paper it gets printed on????<br> <br> Can I demand my money back for such shocking service?<br> <br> Very dissatisfied and very disappointed.
