Bad attitude

I called student support on *** to enquire about the refund that I've since app**** for on the 04th March 2015 and I was told that it would be refunded within 90 working days but even today I haven't received it. I spoke to Duval who was very rude and didn't even wanted to listen to my problem and my frustration. He told me that there is nothing he can do help, all I have to do is to wait until the day I get my money . I asked him to please put me through to somebody who will be able to help, he then hanged down the phone on me. I don't understand. <br> <br> I don't think he deceives to be working at a \help desk"and its not for the first time he does that to me. Really hanging down the phone instate of seeking for help if he didn't know what to say or do. His attitude is bad"
