Awaiting study material

I registered and paid a triple deposit on the 27th of January 2015, and they told me I will receive my books 21 working days from registration date. After 21 days I phoned and they said I was only registered on the 10th of February 2015, so the 21 days waiting period starts all over again. So I was supposed to receive my books yesterday 10th of March 2015, when I phoned they said they will phone dispatch department and then phone me back, but no response. Today 11th of March I phoned again, they say they will transfer you to the correct department and the phone is put down in your ear. Can't something be done about this pathetic excuse of a college? Look at all the complaints and this college is still open? Seriously people, have you no shame????
