Awaiting my refund! It's been 8 months

Damelin is the worst College ever. I regret enrolling with them in the first place. I cancelled my registration with the college last year in April (April 2015), after they proven not be consistent in their service delivery. <br> <br> I submitted all documentation as was requested by Damelin in order for me to get my refund back. I've been calling and emailing the college for the past 8 - 10 months to get to the bottom of this matter but my lines are always disconnected and they never bother to call me back nor respond to my emails.<br> <br> I'm forced to follow the legal route now and I can promise Damelin that they will pay me back my refund as well as paying for my attorney fees because had they been honest and done their job right, I would not have to go the legal route. <br> <br> Damelin has been a nightmare I 've been battling with for the past year. I just want my money back so they can get out of my life.
