Awaiting Exam results from Nov 2019 which was NBUS-MKT2 Marketing Management 2- 19 MONTHS LATER

I wrote my exam in Nov 2019 which was NBUS-MKT2 Marketing Management 2, to date I have not received the results. I email weekly to COO Educor <***>; ***; *** and always get told the following: Good day Farah Hope this email finds you well? Kindly be advised that an urgent request was escalated to the Exam Department for assistance. Once feedback is provided, we will revert back to you.
