AWAITING DIPLOMA SINCE 2012

I was studying bookkeeping with pastel diploma and i passed all my assignments and exams. in 2016 i phoned damelin several times to ask them when do i get my diploma. they send me forms to fill in and return the signed form so they can request my diploma from capetown. I filled in the form and returned it to damelin like they said. In february 2017 i phoned damelin again to ask what is going on, they said i never sended my assignments for the subject pastel, i had copies of 2 of the 3 marked assignments they sent back to me, so i email it to them so they can see that i did submit it and even got the results back from damelin, unfortunately i lost 1 of the mark sheets. The requested that i redo the whole subject for pastel v 14 as the v12 is no longer valid. I redone the whole assignment and submitted at three in the middle of march 2017. I emailed them several times to ask whats going on. they returned assignment 1 & 3 markes. Untill today 13 December 2017, 9 months later i am still waiting the results for assignment 2 that i redone. This is going on since 2012. 5 years later and i am still waiting. I wont recommend damelin to any student that are trying to go forward. you are just waisting your time and money.
