Atrocious poor service

I am having the worst time of my life dealing with Damelin, so inefficient and difficult to get hold of anyone on the telephone. I sent an email to say that I will go public with this poor service and then someone responded but with no assistance, just passing the buck. I am at my wits end and so fed up now, please assist me.
