At WITS end !!!!!!

Absolutely horrid service!! the sales consultant was quick to make the sale. However, once the deposit was paid, she ignored all further emails!!!! it took multiple follow up emails to her, visiting the DCC college and requesting help from a few other consultants to still end up with No timetables or deadlines for assignments!! i was then told that i need to hand in 2 assignments within TWO days or else i need to wait until November!! Despite time constraints, this was done .. only to now be told that the assignments were the wrong ones!! NO COMMUNICATION, NO FEEDBACK, NO CALRITY!! i chose correspondence for the mere fact that i cannot be running around begging for someone to sort this mess out!
