AT MY WHITS END WITH THIS EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION!

I am at my whit's end with this educational institution, I have had no joy dealing with Damelin. I enrolled in February 2014. I received my study material in drips and drabs and that's the least of my problems. I picked up misprints with tasks which I was then advised not to do, I put my studies on hold when going on maternity leave and requested new dates for exams and assignments which I still haven't received 6 months later. But the cherry on top has got to be the fact that its over a year later I have still NOT received a text book, after numerous emails and calls at my cost. My course is paid in full and I would like total refund instead of emphasizing that up to 80% fee could be charged upon cancellation. This tiresome saga has drained me emotionally and was hard on the pocket as well. I was delighted when reading the values and vision on Damelin but clearly they do not practise those values. I am appalled by the service I have received, and have every email sent as proof. I had every intention of continuing my studies but with the service receive or lack thereof , I would like no further dealings with Damelin and just want my funds back.
