Assignments and study material

I registered with Dameline in May 2014 but till now I haven't received the rest of my study material which restricts me from getting started with my assignments. I have wasted 10 months already and the course expires in less than 2 years. I'm paying these people every month and yet there is no communication from their side. I never received the orientation guide nothing, I have no idea whats due and when or how to go about proceeding with the course. I handed in an assignment and they took more than 2 months to mark and return it. Everytime I call in they promise to escalate my issue to management and promise to get back to me which they never do. When I call back they keep me on hold for 10 minutes or so then drop the phone on my ear. My worry is that after paying so much money, I'm gonna run out of time...
