Assignment results and outstanding study material!

I am currently studying towards my Diploma in Human Resource Management which I registered for in March 2015. The service I received from the student counsellor was excellent but that soon ended once my fees were paid. It is now July and I still have outstanding study material which I urgently need in order to continue with my course. I have also submitted 8 assignments to Damelin College over a month ago, unfortunately the results which was supposed to be released in 7 days from the date of posting (according to the student services) have not been sent to me. I completed my N4 exams in June. The Department of Higher Education has to receive my assignment marks from Damelin in order to calculate my exam marks. I have sent numerous emails to student services and the Damelin complaints department directly, unfortunately nobody responds. I asked to speak to the manager many times but that is impossible. I have been more than accommodating. Hopefully, I receive the assistance I need.
