AppalLing service from Damelin Correspondence College/ INTEC

I am a student at Damelin Correspondence College/Intec registered in June 2023 to complete Information Processing N6 module in Public Relations Diploma.

I have made both numerous emails and phone calls enquiry with regards to the assignments I have completed last year with no form of correspondence/results from the institution and as result I could not register to write exams in NOV/DEC.

This is the second time around I have registered with Damelin correspondence/INTEC to complete just this one module for me to get my diploma certificate and just like the first time I am being met with not even bare minimum communication from the institution. 1. I have completed some of my assignments as per my module study guide provided for me on the student portal 2. All completed assignments have been sent out to the relevant email provided by the institution using the email address that they have created for me. 3. Neither of all the assignments sent out were perused 4. No results were given on all 7-8 assignments 5. STUDENT SUPPORT is out of reach 6. Calls do not go through if not lines are not being picked. 7. the only personal I have been able to reach with from the institution is student consultant (Busiswe Mandlazi) 8. I do not owe the Damelin/ intec any monies, I have paid them on my first registration in 2021 and then again with my second registration in 2023 full settlement upon registrations!

To sum it all up, Damelin/ Intec cannot be trusted as a long-distance institution to complete academics in my point of view, The service i got on second attempt is just appalling to say the least. No value for money!
