Appalling Service

I have completed my STI course in 2015 through a reputable insurance company who had Damelin as their service provider. I have now change employment, contacted the insurance company to request my certificate ,who then referred me to Damelin directly. Despite numerous calls and emails to their offices i still do not have my certificate. I have dealt with *********** staff such as Grant Stead, Celestino Makonese and Aldane. All required information/ documents have been supp**** - therefore there is no reason not to provide the certificate.
