Appalling assistance or rather the lack of....

I went to go see a student advisor last week and was taken through to see a middle aged woman called Annelise. This was my third visit for the same issue!!She was very unhelpful and didn't seem to know what she was talking about.<br> She couldn't give me answers to anything I asked and I overheard her asking one of the receptionists ( in Afrikaans) to get rid of me as I would would take up too much of her time because she was invigilating. <br> Mind you I'm a paying student who has paid all her fees in advance for two years!, yet they can't even extend me the courtesy of giving me ten minutes of their time.<br> <br> Needless to say I'm still stuck and am getting no joy from my visits to DCC braamfontein. <br> She took my numbers and email address and said she would get back to me. 7 days later and still NOTHING!<br> How do I take this forward, it's utter *******. I won't beg to get assistance after paying thousands!<br> All I needed was information and clarity, not a damn tutor!
